Pastor Urges Prayers for ADC, Amaechi After Unusual Vision

The Senior Pastor of Faith Arena For All Nations, Pastor Kingsley Okonofua, has called on Nigerians and members of the Christian community to offer prayers for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and former Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, following what he described as an unusual and disturbing vision concerning the party’s political future.

According to the cleric, the vision involved the ADC and its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. However, Pastor Okonofua stated that what particularly caught his attention in the experience was the absence of Rotimi Amaechi in the position of running mate alongside the presidential candidate in the scene he claimed to have witnessed.

Describing the experience as strange and thought-provoking, the pastor said the vision left him with a strong conviction about the need for prayer and spiritual intercession for both the party and the former minister.

He emphasized that his call for prayer should not be interpreted as a political endorsement or opposition to any individual or party but rather as a spiritual responsibility to pray for leaders, institutions, and the nation during critical periods in its democratic journey.

Pastor Okonofua urged Christians and people of goodwill to commit the ADC leadership and Rotimi Amaechi to prayer, asking God to grant wisdom, protection, guidance, and clarity to all stakeholders involved in the country’s political process.

He further stressed the importance of peaceful political engagement and responsible leadership as Nigeria prepares for future electoral activities, noting that prayer remains an important pillar in shaping the destiny of nations and their leaders.

The cleric concluded by encouraging Nigerians to remain hopeful about the country’s future and to continue seeking divine direction for those entrusted with leadership responsibilities.
